DIET & FITNESS ADVICE
To really reach optimum health & revitalized
energy levels our diet & physical activity is a major factor and must
be taken into consideration.
I will ask for details of your diet and exercise
habits at present and together we will device a plan that suits you &
your life style and most of all one that is achievable by you.
We all know the fundamental rules of how to eat 5
portions of fruit & vegetables every day, reduce our intake of sugar,
fat & red meat. To avoid caffeine, increase our water intake and take
daily exercise.
But we all also all need that little bit of support
along the way to remind us of goals and help ensure that we stay on the
right track.
I am here not only to help you take care of yourself
with my range of professional treatments and there many benefits but to
support & encourage you every step of the way.
I have already been awarded the IHBC
International Health & Beauty Council’s Health & Fitness
Teachers Diploma, which includes figure analysis and diet & weight
management. Plus, I am also currently furthering these skills by
studying Advanced, Anatomy & Physiology & training to teach dance
and exercise classes
